The History of the Resort
The Guanico Beach Resort in Playa Guanico, Panama, is a prominent surf destination on the Azure Peninsula, known for its consistent waves and tranquil setting. Established over nine years ago by European operators, the camp has integrated well into local, U.S., and European markets and is considered one of the top properties for international surfing destinations
The resort offers a variety of accommodations, including rooms with private balconies, a fully equipped yoga/meditation room, and an outdoor yoga platform connected to the pool and lounge area. In addition to accommodations, the camp provides over 50 surfboards and 12 SUPs, surf lessons, and yoga sessions designed to enhance surfing skills. Guests can also enjoy activities like snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding, and mangrove SUP tours. The on-site restaurant and pizzeria serve daily meals, contributing to the camp's welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
